So, TFG is walking through the mall with his wife on Saturday and decides to "check out" the new Droid phones from Verizon. "Check out" is code for talking my wife into letting me buy one 3 weeks before Christmas. We walk in and talk to a guy who immediately steers us towards to the Droid Eris. He runs us through the sales pitch and we are pretty much sold, but he tops it off with I can get you 2 phones for $99 total. Sweet, let us walk around the mall for a bit and discuss it. We come to the quick decision that this is a deal we can't pass up and head back to the store. Well long story short, dumbass at the Verizon store "misread" our information in the computer and realized we weren't available for an upgrade until December 2010. Thanks bud, you just gave me blue balls from this sweet ass deal, and I am still stuck going home with my 2009 version of the Zack Morris phone.
